August 2018

With increased awareness about the challenges of climate change, air quality and high energy consumption and with a desire for better quality of living and working, “My Journey Southampton” and “Future South” decided to organize Southampton’s first sustainability event. This event is created to propose opportunities for transformation of towns and cities. “Exhibitors Sustainable City Expo 2018” will take place on Wednesday, September 12, in Southampton, UK.

Visitors will hear from experts in the field of sustainability, planning and transport and enjoy a unique opportunity to chat with industry professionals and local businesses, while experiencing some of the products and services that are being offered. Two of the exhibitors are professor Patrick James and Victoria Aragon from Southampton University. At their stand, they will present Building and Energy Systems projects and show sensors and other monitoring equipment from the THERMOSS project.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Southampton!

From 10-13 September, Rapperswil (CH) will be hosting EuroSun2018 – the 12th International Conference on Solar Energy for Buildings and Industry.
